1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCircleDeals ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MyCircleDeals provides a SaaS platform that enables local businesses to create online storefronts, manage bookings, and communicate with customers via WhatsApp.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free tier: limited features as described on our pricing page
  • Paid tiers: billed monthly or annually. No refunds for partial months
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Non-payment may result in account suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass or compromise platform security
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Use the Platform for prohibited business categories (adult content, gambling, etc.)

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business and customer data you enter into the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyCircleDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. WhatsApp Service

WhatsApp integration is provided as a convenience feature. We are not responsible for WhatsApp service interruptions, message delivery failures, or changes to WhatsApp's terms of service. By using WhatsApp integration, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's terms of service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. We will provide a data export upon request within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City, State].
